1. About the Service

AppMarketplace ("the Service") is a marketplace platform for PWA/Web applications. Users can discover, purchase, and review apps, and developers can list and sell apps.

2. Account Registration

You may need to register an account to use certain features. Please provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Developer Terms

Developers listing apps must pass a security scan. The platform fee is 5% of sales. Early partners (first 50) receive 0% fees for 6 months.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. Refund requests can be made within 7 days of purchase for unused apps. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Listing apps containing malware or security risks
• Account registration with false information
• Manipulating reviews or posting fake reviews
• Harassment or fraudulent activity against other users
• Unauthorized use or scraping of the platform

6. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights of listed apps belong to the developer. The Service obtains a license from developers to the extent necessary for distribution and sales.

7. Disclaimer

The Service performs security scans but does not fully guarantee app safety. Use of apps is at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via your registered email address.
