If our margin ever drops below 90%, we raise prices in public — with 30 days notice. If this page ever stops being updated, that's a signal something is wrong. Email us.

Per-store per-month cost = (monthly AWS bill for the app's services) ÷ (paying stores that month). We include: RDS PostgreSQL, S3 storage & egress, CloudFront, Lambda, and DynamoDB usage attributable to the app. We exclude: shared infrastructure (auth, billing, admin) that would exist regardless of app count. Numbers rounded to the nearest cent.
Two brothers' time. Feature development. Support replies. Occasional external services (Stripe fees, transactional email, error monitoring). And a modest reserve so we can keep prices flat when AWS costs shift.
If AWS raises prices, or if a feature we ship costs materially more per store than we expected, and our margin drops below 90%, we'll raise prices — publicly, on this page, with 30 days notice. Existing customers keep their old price for at least 12 months.
